So many assumptions I’ve had about love, relationships and friendship have dissolved with my commitment to you. New ways of thinking about love and its phenomenal impact on my life have surfaced.
I had an epiphany and it nearly consumed my thoughts as I sat here. I’ve written prose, stories and lyrics about the power of love–over 40 years worth. I thought I understood the power of this raw human emotion. Not so.
Because I’ve now been part of two random individuals falling so completely and irreversibly in love, just over an electronic medium and without being in each other’s physical presence, I realize I never have really understood the power of that God-given state of mind. That this could happen across the impersonal mediums of Internet and phone lines, shows the true power of this most amazing emotion and I am so blessed to realize this–to be a part of it, with you. So blessed.
